Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Stage completed orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and using required PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
