Job Summary:
Become a key player in our logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Sacramento, California! You'll be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, from picking items to packing them for shipment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Stage completed orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming goods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to following safety regulations and using required PPE.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
