In this essential role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that goods move smoothly and accurately throughout the facility. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Be prepared for tasks involving frequent lifting and physical movement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
