Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or electronic scanners.
- Verify product accuracy, including item codes and quantities, before packing.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, as needed.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and the smooth flow of logistics operations.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be willing to follow all safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
