Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists with precision.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments for various carriers, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification and training provided).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Contribute to optimizing Logistics workflows and productivity.
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center role.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Willingness to wear and maintain all issued PPE .
