Become a key player in our operations as a Distribution Center Associate in Sacramento, California. This role is central to our Logistics network, ensuring the efficient movement and processing of goods. This position requires physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items, standing for extended periods, and operating various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
  • Prepare shipments for carriers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification/training provided).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Contribute to overall Logistics efficiency by meeting performance targets.
  • Assist in training new associates as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE .
  • Familiarity with Logistics software or WMS is a plus.
