Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products from inventory based on customer orders using order lists or scanning devices.
- Pack products carefully into appropriate shipping materials to prevent damage.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize provided PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team goals and support other associates as needed.
- Understand and execute various tasks within the Logistics chain.
- Manage and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to company policies.
- Proficiency in using basic warehouse tools and equipment.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE .
