The Opportunity

The Information Technology team is looking for a Project Manager to lead key business and technology initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with strategic goals. You will serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, business partners, and external vendors, fostering clear and context-appropriate communication. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a critical role in the success of our digital projects.


What you'll do
Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead projects from A to Z - scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources.
  • Keep deliverables on track and ensure quality every step of the way.
  • Bring people together - coordinate with tech teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Drive collaboration, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Keep everyone in the loop with clear, proactive communication.
  • Wrap up projects with impact - capture lessons learned and celebrate success.

What you'll need
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken;
  • College or university degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing projects, preferably with an IT component;

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred;
  • Additional training in change management, project governance, or leadership is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Project Online, SharePoint).
