The Sales Representative will report directly to the Owner.
$62,000 - $120,000 Yearly
Responsibilities:This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients.
One must also:
- Sell consultatively and not on price
- Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals
- Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time
- Have ample construction knowledge
- Be effective at working with a referral network
- Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first
- Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable
- You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CRM experience preferred
- We prefer if you have a bachelor's degree or high school school diploma
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Prior experience working in the construction industry is required
- 3 or more years of experience in sales preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- Stays organized and manages time well
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field, a plus
- 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
