About The Role

We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.
Responsibilities
Plan and organise personal daily mechanical and electrical work.
Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
Fix faults on site or arrange for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
Make schedule checks.
Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

Competitive basic salary of up to £43,500
Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Requirements
Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
