Come work with us as an IT Technician based out of our Twin Falls, ID location. You will do equipment setups, hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Your service area includes, but is not limited to, the Magic Valley Area with assistance in surrounding territories as needed.

  • We offer a rate between $ $21.00 an hour
  • Lucrative lead fees and even commissions

  • Standard work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Computer and server setups and installations
  • Assisting customers with hardware and software, including Microsoft software and operating systems.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues with Microsoft Windows computers.
  • Document calls and their resolution in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues.
  • Install networking equipment, including switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Work within a team of likeminded professionals.
  • Interact with our customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Drive a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts you need to be effective at your job.
  • Put your interest in technology and problem-solving skills to use every day.

What you bring to the position:

  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network + or Microsoft are a plus.
  • Knowledge and use of IT ticketing systems, such as ConnectWise Manage, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and positively as part of a team.
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, proof of a current, unrestricted driver's license for the state in which the job is located.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance.

We provide you with all the necessary tools to ensure your success, which includes training and one-on-one support. You will be provided with uniform shirts, a laptop, a smart phone, and company vehicle.
