Under the guidance of our Director of Nursing, you'll play a crucial leadership role—caring for residents, supporting CNAs, and helping shape a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.

• Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administering medications and treatments per orders and protocols
• Monitoring resident health and recognizing significant changes
• Overseeing CNAs and ensuring proper delegation of duties
• Creating and updating care plans with precision and empathy
• Documenting resident care clearly and thoroughly
• Supporting a positive, respectful environment for staff and residents
• Collaborating with the DON/ADON and interdisciplinary team

• Valid LPN license in the State of Illinois
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate, professional, and reliable caregivers
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to supervise, delegate, and lead a team
• Dedication to resident dignity and quality of care
• Must meet standard health and background requirements
• No abuse convictions

• Monday to Friday | Rotating Weekends | Weekend Availability
