As an IT associate manager of procurement, you'll be lead a diverse group of individual contributors within the Procurement team and manage a portfolio of suppliers and contracts. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with members on the Procurement team and business collaborators to develop service level agreements (SLA's) to ensure strategic, market- competitive agreements with favorable contract agreements. You'll develop and implement supplier management strategies for key suppliers and lead all aspects of procurement operations analytics. You'll prioritize performance management, employee development, and support departmental objectives. Additionally, you'll serve as point of contact for procurement - related customer concerns and contribute to the development of supplier management strategies and procurement analytics.

This a remote position with occasional travel to a meeting and/or training.

Must-have qualifications

  • Minimum of 9 years of related IT or business work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or IT related discipline (e.g., MIS, Business Management, Supply Chain/Procurement) and 6 years of related IT or business work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Strong project and time management skills, including leadership of multi- functional team experience and knowledge of Information Technology categories.
  • Knowledge of supplier management and benchmarking, spend management and analysis, contract negotiations, monitoring, and change management.
  • Ability to manage Information Technology suppliers. with focus areas of performance, risk, relationship, cost efficiencies and value.
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships, including mentoring and managing others.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to craft detailed, comprehensive updates, reports, and presentations to senior managers in various business areas.

Compensation

  • $85,800 -$127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive
