Job Overview

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with professionalism and care.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure that all tables are properly sanitized and set up before guest arrival.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of dishes served.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Excellent math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• A commitment to upholding high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
