Maintenance Technician

*Job Overview*

Next Generation Construction is seeking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician with qualified skills to start immediately. This full-time position will work with our Property Management team for maintenance services and serve multiple properties. Previous experience is preferred. Duties to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, painting, carpentry, and misc. repairs. Candidates will be highly organized with strong customer service skills. Candidates will have basic computer skills and bring their own tools. Come join our expanding team and be a part of something new and exciting.

*Responsibilities*

• Assess and address service requests

• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Record and report progress for service requests

*Requirements*

• Ability to communicate fluently in English

• Travel to all properties

• Experience in wood/trim carpentry, drywall/paint repair, plumbing, electrical, heating, etc.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Basic understanding of tools, handling, and operation

• Previous experience as a maintenance tech is a plus

• Basic understanding of technology, basic smart phone & computer skills

-Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
