Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital sign measurements, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply- with certification)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
