Position Overview

Butler University's Lacy School of Business is seeking applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Strategy to begin in August 2026. Candidates must have a doctorate in strategy, management, business administration, or closely related field from an accredited institution by the appointment start date. The successful candidate will teach the undergraduate Strategic Capstone course; other teaching assignments may be at the undergraduate or graduate level in management-related classes. Interest and experience in teaching organizational behavior is a plus.
