Front Desk

Chipshot is Jacksonville's newest destination for indoor pickleball, golf simulators, and gastropub dining. We combine competitive indoor sports with craft food, a self-pour beer wall, and an incredible guest experience.

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and people-focused Front Desk Team Members to be the first friendly face our guests see when they walk through the door. What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a warm, upbeat attitude and create a great first impression
• Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and answer questions about gameplay, pricing, and events
• Handle phone calls, online bookings, and walk-ins professionally and efficiently
• Process payments and operate the POS system accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Work closely with the rest of the Chipshot team to ensure a smooth guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and learning new software
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or front-desk roles
• Interest in golf, pickleball, entertainment, or social venues
• Experience with reservations systems or POS software
