What You'll Do:

You'll be the glue that holds the team together—interfacing with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, logistics, and invoicing. On a typical day, you might:

• Maintain vendor/customer accounts and assist in accounts receivable collections
• Manage inventory records, shipping data, and purchasing documentation
• Coordinate shipments and logistics with warehousing and freight teams
• Process transactions using SAP and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
