MIX Mount Pleasant is looking for a dynamic team member who can lead our in-venue front-of-house team and support our event and community outreach efforts. • Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and running efficiently throughout each shift
• Maintain operational excellence and uphold all policies, and guidelines
• Oversee day-to-day cash handling and support ordering processes
• Partner with FOH and BOH teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Create a welcoming, energetic environment for both guests and team members
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning guests through outreach and networking
• Represent MIX at local events to promote our venue and expand community partnerships
• Assist the Event Manager with booking and planning events, including corporate outings, social celebrations, birthdays, and reservations
• Guide prospective clients through venue tours and highlight our offerings
• Work with the General Manager to plan and execute specialty on-site events
• Share event details with leadership during weekly BEO meetings
• Support event logistics, communication, and overall guest satisfaction

• Minimum age: 18+

• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering great experiences — both operationally and through events
• Strong organizational skills
• One year of sales or event sales experience preferred
• One year of FOH management experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Tripleseat is a plus
