Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in a small, fast-moving warehouse that supports both construction projects and break/fix service work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can keep inventory and logistics running smoothly with minimal oversight. You'll work closely with one other team member to manage incoming materials, organize stock, and ensure timely access to parts, tools, and supplies for field crews.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with construction or service industry workflows preferred
• Experience with electrical components or vendors is helpful but not required
• Forklift operation and equipment handling experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic warehouse management systems or inventory software
• No college degree required—relevant experience and a proactive mindset matter most

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and organize materials, tools, and supplies for construction and service jobs
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking based on project and field needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
• Support field teams by preparing and staging materials for scheduled work
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, labeling, and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate material needs and reduce downtime
