Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, and be capable of driving complex customizations and enhancements in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and layouts.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, code quality, and secure development practices.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide production support as needed.

Required Technical Skills

• 12+ years overall IT experience with strong Salesforce development track record
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Apex classes, Batch Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC
• Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Community Cloud
• SOQL/SOSL, JSON, XML
• RESTful/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• Experience with:
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)
• OAuth, SSO, security permissions, profiles, and sharing rules
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data migration tools (Data Loader, APIs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with Einstein/AI features, FSL, Marketing integrations
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components customization at scale
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
