Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative at M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business through cold calls, walking neighborhoods , and networking .
• Build strong client relationships to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Perform on-site assessments to evaluate projects and provide accurate estimates.
• Present products clearly, emphasizing key benefits and value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, to production, to closure.
• Work with the installation team to ensure post-sale customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent cold calling abilities to generate leads and build a client base.
• Demonstrated upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities.
