Framer/Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various framing techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on-site, primarily focusing on the erection of residential wood buildings, installation of siding, and any other carpentry related tasks. The Framer will be responsible for ensuring that all structures are built to specifications while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct frameworks for buildings
• Collaborate with other team members to execute tasks in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on the construction site to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as needed.
• Restore and repair existing structures as directed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in the erection of wooden buildings, ensuring structural integrity throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in framing or related construction fields.
• Familiarity with residential building erection techniques.
• Knowledge of siding, framing, trim, and all carpentry related tasks.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to various job sites.
