Role Responsibilities

• Design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Build responsive, accessible web applications and sites using modern component-based approaches.
• Implement contemporary front-end frameworks and integrate APIs into web experiences.
• Establish and document visual systems including typography, color, spacing, and design components.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and synthesize UX research findings.
• Optimize web experiences for performance, SEO, analytics, and conversion through experimentation.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and maintain basic security and privacy standards.
• Review and refine AI-generated UI, layouts, and copy; create prompts and playbooks for complex flows.

Requirements

• Professional experience in web development, product design, or UX/UI.
• Proficiency with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks, and CSS-based styling systems.
• Experience using design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and component-driven development.
• Familiarity with testing, quality assurance, analytics, and experimentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote, project-based environment.
