Senior Network Architect – Cloud

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Network Architect
to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures supporting large-scale cloud transformation initiatives. This role focuses on
hybrid and cloud networking
, enabling seamless integration between on-premises environments and cloud platforms while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

The ideal candidate combines strong
enterprise network architecture expertise
with hands-on experience in
AWS hybrid connectivity
, network security, and high-availability design. You will work closely with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to support modernization initiatives and long-term enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement
  hybrid network architectures
  integrating on-premises data centers with cloud services (primarily AWS).
• Architect secure, high-performance network solutions that meet
  governance, compliance, and resiliency
  requirements.
• Analyze business objectives and technical requirements to propose
  cost-effective, scalable networking solutions
  .
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to support migrations and optimize network operations.
• Define and enforce
  network governance standards, best practices, and architecture patterns
  .
• Ensure proper
  routing, segmentation, firewalling, and access controls
  aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Design and support
  high availability, failover, and disaster recovery strategies
  for mission-critical systems.
• Leverage
  automation and infrastructure-as-code
  tools to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Review existing systems and recommend improvements to support evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years
  of experience in
  enterprise network architecture
  across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong expertise with
  routing protocols
  (BGP, OSPF), network segmentation, and firewall technologies.
• Hands-on experience with
  hybrid connectivity solutions
  such as VPN, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.
• Deep understanding of
  network security principles
  , encryption, identity integration, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience designing
  high availability, load balancing, and failover architectures
  .
• Experience with
  network automation
  using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Ability to translate business requirements into
  scalable and secure technical designs
  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with
  multi-cloud networking
  (Azure and/or GCP).
• Knowledge of
  Zero Trust architecture
  and modern security models.
• Exposure to
  SD-WAN
  technologies and network observability tools (e.g., NetFlow, CloudWatch, Prometheus).
• Understanding of
  cloud networking cost optimization
  strategies.
• Relevant certifications such as:
• AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty
• Cisco CCNP / CCIE
• Azure Network Engineer Associate
