In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. You will utilize various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure that carpets are spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. Duties

• Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Assess the condition of carpets and upholstery to determine the best cleaning methods.
• Operate water extraction machines and other custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas before, during, and after service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning processes.
• Clean HVAC duct systems along with tile cleaning.

Skills

• Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care maintenance.
• Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings.
• Familiarity with environmental services practices is advantageous.
