About

The Adult Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides services for persons ages 18 and older with serious mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders or development disabilities. Our teams craft individualized plans for the residents to reach the highest level of recovery possible.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide individualized treatment that develops independent living skills. Our resident population often responds to non-traditional therapy, such as taking a walk or playing video games while receiving treatment. We expect for you to meet each resident where they are and develop a treatment plan built on trust and safety for each person.

The RTC teams strive to provide a balance of programming, community integration, therapy, and specialized services. You will be a part of ongoing program development as we continue to find innovative ways to enrich the lives of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy.

  • 403b retirement match
