House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for clients.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
• Sanitate bathrooms and kitchens to uphold hygiene standards in all cleaned areas.
• Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings when required, maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management.

Skills

• Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient workflow.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning methods.
• Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to launder items effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of sanitization practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Familiarity with custodial and commercial cleaning procedures is a plus.
