About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work with prospective students who have already expressed interest in our training programs. Your role is to inspire, guide, and enroll them — helping them take the first step toward a better future.

This is a high-energy, high-volume sales position where you'll engage with warm leads, have meaningful conversations, and make a real impact on people's lives. It's ideal for experienced B2C sales professionals who are driven by results and motivated by helping others reach their goals.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospective students through phone calls, texts, and emails (50–100 per day).
  • Build strong relationships and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
  • Explain training options, financing opportunities, and job placement support after graduation.
  • Motivate and support students as they commit to starting their new career path.
  • Manage leads and track progress in our CRM (HubSpot) to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
  • Represent TransTech with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • All leads are warm — no cold calling required.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2C sales experience (education, automotive, admissions, real estate, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-driven, confident closer with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
