Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with expertise in DeltaV systems to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will work on commissioning, qualification, and validation (C&Q) of automation systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining DeltaV systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with GMP and GAMP 5 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement automation systems based on DeltaV.
• Support commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and compliance with GMP and GAMP 5 guidelines.
• Troubleshoot automation and control system issues.
• Develop and execute test plans and documentation related to DeltaV systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation-related issues.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with DeltaV systems and configurations.
• Strong understanding of C&Q processes, including commissioning and validation activities.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and other automation systems.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and GAMP 5 guidelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
