Recruiter Opportunity

This is a base plus commission role ideal for someone with agency recruiting experience in high-volume data center roles and/or experience recruiting operations, engineering, and project management roles in data centers, telecom, or power utility markets.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with professionals in the data center, telecom, and power utility sectors
• Source talent creatively through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
• Manage the hiring process including offers and negotiations
• Deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience with timely communication
• Stay organized and keep our ATS updated and compliant

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of agency recruiting experience, preferably in operations or engineering roles
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting
• Strong preference for experience within telecom or power utility industries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience recruiting field engineers, project managers, or utility operations specialists
• Recruiting experience in the
  high voltage
  space (transmission, distribution, substation, or generation roles)
• Existing networks in telecom or power utility sectors
• A talent for building long-term pipelines in niche technical roles
