Pay & Compensation

• Charter Drivers: $27.00 – $31.50/hour (based on verified experience)
• Casino Shuttle Drivers: $25.00 – $29.50/hour (based on verified experience)
• Guaranteed Minimum Pay: Always paid at least 4 hours if a trip cancels at the last minute
• Paid for All Time: Pre- & post-trip pay included (30 minutes each) no unpaid downtime
• Tips: Many passengers show appreciation directly, adding to your income

What You'll Do
Charter Drivers

• Operate luxury motorcoaches on exciting trips across Colorado and interstate destinations
• Transport groups to concerts, sporting events, ski trips, and tours
• Follow DOT Hours of Service & maintain accurate logs (ELD Electronic Logging Device)
• Occasionally support casino shuttle service

Shuttle Drivers

• Operate short-haul casino shuttles within 150 miles
• Use ELD systems for hours and inspections
• Support charter trips when available for added variety

What We're Looking For

• CDL-B or CDL-A with Passenger Endorsement (minimum 2 years)
• Clean driving record + ability to pass DOT physical & drug test
• Mountain driving experience (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• At least 23 years old & legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable using an ELD app on a smartphone

• CDL holder with at least 2 years of experience.
• Passenger endorsement (Required)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean MVR and criminal background.
• Must be 23 years of age or older and able to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Experience using an ELD (Electronic Logging Device) system
