Delivery Driver/Warehouse

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery/Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, and ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly. In addition, daily pickups and deliveries to customers. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, outstanding customer service skills, a clean driving records, all while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Load and unload products from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval and storage.
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Prepare orders for delivery, prioritizing accuracy and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

· Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients during pickups and deliveries.

• Provide customer assistance, create work orders, and data entry.
• Deliver customer records requests, pickup customer records and electronics.
• Sort electronics for transport to recycler.
• Log and destroy hard drives.

Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Customer-oriented
• Driver's license
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Excellent communications skills
• Must pass pre-hire 7-year background check and drug screen
• Basic to moderate computer proficiency

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, box trucks, or vans is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds).
• Experience with courier services or delivery driving is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
