Job Description
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company committed to delivering excellence in our warehouse operations and logistics services. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate III to join our Phoenix team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, safe driving of large trucks, and the proficient use of computer systems for recordkeeping and communication.
Work Arrangement
- Fully On-Site: Monday - Friday (11 AM - 7:30 PM) OT may be required due to business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Safely operate and drive large trucks (26 ft) through heavy traffic and urban environments.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including accurate tracking and documentation of goods.
- Utilize computer systems to maintain records, process orders, and communicate with team members.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in organizing warehouse layout and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support team members and supervisors in meeting warehouse goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and trucks to ensure proper functioning and safety.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior warehouse experience required; candidates should be familiar with warehouse processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to safely manage and drive large-size trucks in heavy traffic conditions. CDL license preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in operating computers and using basic software applications (e.g., inventory management tools, email, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Pay Rate:
$19.50/hr.
