Responsibilities
  • Reports to Director of Architecture
  • Work as part of collaborative integrated A/E teams.
  • Develop architectural design documentation from Basis of Design through Construction Docs.
  • Assess the requirements of a project, break a project into tasks, and work with a Project Manager to identify work scope, project budget, and resource requirements.
  • Experience with advanced technology industry projects preferred such as education, K-12, higher education, SCA & public work
  • Work with Revit BIM models and related design documentation.
Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience
  • Bachelor's in architecture degree.
  • Registered Architect (RA) licensure required.
  • Proficiency using 3D Revit BIM, and/or other CAD software.
  • MS Office Suite applications (e.g., WORD, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project schedule application.
  • Candidates should have strong written and oral communications skills, and ability to work well in collaborative team environment.
  • Successful candidate must have knowledgeable in education, K-12, higher education, SCA & public work.
  • Knowledge of building systems, technology, and detailing.
  • Full-time or part-time available.
