The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in West Phoenix, Az. This role focuses primarily on order fulfillment, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently every day.

You'll be part of a small, tight-knit crew that gets things done with quality and care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Pick customer orders based on daily fulfillment lists.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Stock and organize the picking area to keep it efficient and tidy.
• Monitor stock levels in the picking area and communicate when items are low or out.
• Cross-train across warehouse tasks—we value team members who can grow and adapt.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, crouch, lift, etc.)
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks and staying on your feet
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• No hay allergies (due to exposure in the warehouse environment)
• Able to go with the flow and adapt to shifting priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision
