Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Concrete Forms professional to join our construction team. This role involves working on various commercial and industrial projects, specializing in concrete formwork and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on-site. Experience with framing, and the use of power tools is essential for success in this position.

Duties

• Construct and install form work for concrete structures using hand tools and power tools, ensuring accuracy according to blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine project requirements
• Assist with heavy lifting and the operation of heavy equipment to transport materials around the site
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components including wood carpentry
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry and concrete form work
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely
