We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI & ML Engineering team. You’ll join projects across a global organisation and collaborate with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and product owners to turn complex challenges into smart, scalable solutions. Responsibilities
Design and build machine learning models and develop generative AI solutions. Help shape the future of AI agents across the organisation, applying ML concepts to supply chain, marketing, clinical, in-store experiences, and other areas of the business. Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and product owners to bring ideas to life and deploy models in scalable, cloud-based environments. Qualifications
Strong experience in Python, especially with the scikit-learn ecosystem and MLFlow. Proficiency in SQL to manipulate and cleanse large datasets. Solid understanding of both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques. Experience evaluating and deploying models in a cloud environment. Experience with AI APIs, pretrained open-source models, and tools like Databricks or Azure Cognitive Services is a plus. Experience on end-to-end Gen AI solutions or applying ML in retail or ecommerce settings is desirable. Soft Skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Strong ethical mindset, collaborative spirit, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
