Your day-to-day will involve navigating the warehouse using our inventory system, retrieving the correct items, and then carefully packing them using appropriate materials. You will also be tasked with applying shipping labels and double-checking order accuracy before items leave our facility. This position is fundamental to our customer service promise and the overall efficiency of our logistics. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Collaboration with your colleagues is encouraged, and teamwork is essential. You must adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Be prepared for frequent Lifting of various items. Your role is vital to our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Select items from inventory based on order pick lists or RF scanner data.
- Confirm item codes, descriptions, and quantities.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain an orderly and safe work environment.
- Support inventory management through accurate picking.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and wear designated PPE.
- Achieve performance goals related to picking and packing accuracy and speed.
