Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in our bustling Milwaukee, Wisconsin warehouse! This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, requiring speed, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory based on customer orders and expertly packing them for shipment. This is a dynamic position that requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift and comfortable with lifting items of varying weights. Adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE are non-negotiable to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in our logistics operation. Responsibilities include using an RF scanner to locate and pick products, verifying order accuracy, packaging items securely and efficiently, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup. You will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing areas. Experience with order fulfillment systems is a plus.
