Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be an essential part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips to orders.
  • Store materials and products in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Experience with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
