Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This is a crucial position that ensures the smooth flow of operations and supports our commitment to timely delivery. You will work with a variety of materials, ensuring they are handled with care and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and possess the physical stamina required for the role. Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load materials from trucks and containers.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
  • Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect materials for damage and ensure proper storage.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to all Safety guidelines.
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
