Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be a critical part of our logistics team, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and efficiently. We maintain a strong focus on safety, and all associates are expected to follow strict safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Store products in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
