We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent future errors. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of inventory management principles. You will work closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and management to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient stock rotation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. This includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including moderate to heavy Lifting. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
