T-Shirt Press Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented T-Shirt Press Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining t-shirt printing presses, ensuring high-quality production standards are met with precision and efficiency. Duties

• Set up and operate heat press machines according to job specifications (temperature, pressure, and time settings
• Align designs accurately to ensure proper placement and consistent results
• Operate heat press machines to apply transfers, vinyl, and printed graphics to apparel and other items.
• Read and interpret work orders, design layouts, and instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report technical problems as needed.
• Keep track of inventory for materials such as transfers, vinyl, and blanks.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.

Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Experience with heat press equipment (preferred but not always required).
