About the Role: As an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Rep, you'll receive structured training in retail operations, sales techniques, campaign execution, and leadership development. This entry-level role is designed to fast-track your career into a sales management position.

What You'll Do:

• Execute sales and marketing campaigns inside retail environments
• Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales results
• Support daily sales operations such as merchandising, inventory, and displays
• Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members in sales practices
• Review campaign performance to strengthen sales strategies
