Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of the company by converting incoming leads into sales. They are also responsible for converting cold calls and referrals in order to drive production of the company. Inside Sales Agents are the first point of contact with the clients and will be positive representative of the company.

Responsibilities

• Contact all incoming leads and attempt to set an appointment to meet an agent
• Conduct outbound calls to attempt to set an appointment to meet an agent
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand and demonstrate the service to the customer
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
• Train and oversee new ISA hires on ISA team

Skills

• Proven experience in telemarketing, technology sales, or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software products and technology solutions.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using real estate CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness to client needs.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $45,000

Bonus Potential: $20,000+ (can start earning bonus on day 1)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
