Cook/Kitchen Help/Help wanted

Responsibilities:

Meat Cutter:

• Slice, trim, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, chicken) according to restaurant standards

• Ensure all meat is cut fresh, portioned properly, and stored safely

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the prep area

• Assist with basic ingredient prep as needed

Cook:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and customer orders

• Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours

• Keep kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked

• Monitor food quality and freshness at all times

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Packing:

• Pack takeout orders accurately and neatly

• Double-check orders to make sure all items are included (sauces, rice, utensils, etc.)

• Communicate with front counter staff and kitchen to stay on top of incoming orders

• Keep packing station clean and well-stocked

Fried Chicken Station:

• Prepare and fry chicken to perfection—crispy, hot, and consistent every time

• Monitor oil temperature and quality

• Keep fryers clean and follow safety protocols

• Ensure chicken is ready and available during peak hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
