About the Job:
Arvada Rent-Alls is hiring a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and values structure and precision. You'll be the central hub of our rental operation—working directly with customers, coordinating rentals, and ensuring the right equipment is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with rental needs
• Match customers with the right equipment for the job
• Input and manage rental orders with high attention to detail
• Communicate with dispatch and service teams to ensure timely delivery
• Upsell and recommend additional solutions to help customers succeed
• Stay current on product knowledge and rental procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communicator who builds trust with customers and teammates
• Organized, reliable, and process-driven
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computer systems and managing details
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or logistics is a plus—but not required
