Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic bartender to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a music venue bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will be responsible for serving beverages, while leaving a positive impression with our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their concert experience.
• Take beverage/cocktail orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and guest relations practices is a plus.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing orders accurately.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques is beneficial.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.75 per hour
